All of our products are fully backed with a guarantee protecting you from defects, poor workmanship and damage in shipping. To be available offer the best price, all sales are final. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS after initial or final payment. If qualifies 20% restocking fee might be apply.
WARRANTY:
All items are fully inspected to help avoid shipment of defective products. Defects are handled on a case-by-case basis and procedures vary by manufacturer. All products sold by BATHTRENDS, LLC are warranted to be free from any defects in material or workmanship. We offer a 1 year warrantee on products that are installed by a professional plumber. Under this warranty we will repair or replace any defected product. Warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered or has been damaged through abuse or accident.
DAMAGE:
IF CUSTOMER PICKS UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE:
Customers are responsible for checking products when picked up. No Damage Claims will be accepted after the order is picked up.

IF BATHTRENDS ARRANGES THE DELIVERY:
the insurance is included. Therefore you must check your shipment immediately upon receipt for any visible damage to the box or packing materials. If the boxes are dented, crushed, scratched, punctured, or cut, it is very important to mark this on the bill of lading. If there is a possibility of damage you must open these boxes before the driver leaves to ensure that the contents do not have concealed damage and mark the actual damage on the bill of lading; please make every attempt to be as specific as possible. If we need to replace a damaged item, you must call within 24 hours and the item will be exchange at no cost to you. If the item is sold out, customer service will assist you in making alternative arrangements, or arranging a full refund.

IF THE CUSTOMER ARRANGE THE DELIVERY ON THEIR BEHAVE:

BATHTRENDS, LLC will not be responsible for any damage during shipping.
PAYMENT:
BATHTRENDS, LLC accepts all major credit cards and Pay Pal. We also accept personal checks which are subject to bank approval; this may delay you shipping date. If you prefer to order by phone, please contact us at 305-715-9975 (MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9AM-5PM). We will send to you by fax a CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM that you have to fill out. Once it is sign, you have to send it back to us with the credit card and your driver license’s copy. After that, we can process your payment and prepare your shipment as soon as possible. ALL INVOICES WILL BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE SHIPMENT OF ANY MERCHANDISE.
In the event payment is not made when due, interest will accrue on the unpaid invoice from the date due, at 18% per annum, or the maximum allowed by law. Interest will be paid on the customer’s next remittance. The assessment of interest is in addition to all other rights and remedies of BathTrends LLC with respect to non payment and default. In addition to interest charges customer agrees to pay all collection costs and expenses of unpaid balances due. Delinquent accounts will be put on hold and no merchandise will be shipped until the account becomes current, at which time the account will be reevaluated. No RGA’s will be issued, or replacement parts will be sent until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:
BathTrends LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage (including without limitation, labor costs associated with any defective product, loss of profits or loss of use) suffered by any party arising or relating to BathTrends LLC performance, non-performance, breach of or default under a covenant, warranty, representation, term or condition hereof. Purchaser waives and relinquishes all claims for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Purchaser shall not have the right to recover punitive damages form BathTrends LLC and purchaser hereby waives and relinquishes and all punitive damage claims. The limitations on liability and damages set forth herein apply to all causes of action that be asserted hereunder, whether sounding in breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, product liability, negligence or otherwise. Any arbitration litigation, judicial reference, mediation, or other legal proceeding shall be commenced with one year after the accrual of the cause of action. Venue for any legal actions shall be Miami/Dade County, Florida.
